IN CHE CONSISTE IL TRATTAMENTO

La blefaroplastica è uno degli interventi estetici del viso più richiesti perché agisce su uno degli elementi più espressivi del volto: gli occhi. Con il passare del tempo, la pelle delle palpebre tende a perdere elasticità, creando un effetto stanco o appesantito che spesso non rispecchia come ci si sente davvero. La Dott.ssa Vittoria Murone esegue la blefaroplastica con tecniche chirurgiche avanzate, modellando con precisione la palpebra superiore, inferiore o entrambe, a seconda delle esigenze della paziente. L’intervento, eseguito in anestesia locale con sedazione, permette di eliminare le pliche cutanee in eccesso e ridurre le borse adipose, con cicatrici praticamente invisibili nascoste nelle pieghe naturali della palpebra. COME FUNZIONA

Come si svolge la giornata dell'intervento?

La blefaroplastica viene eseguita in day surgery, in anestesia locale con sedazione. L’intervento dura in media 60-90 minuti. La Dott.ssa Murone agisce attraverso incisioni millimetriche nascoste nelle pieghe naturali della palpebra, rimuovendo l’eccesso di pelle e, dove necessario, ridistribuendo o eliminando le borse adipose. Al termine dell’intervento si torna a casa nella stessa giornata.

È un intervento doloroso?

La blefaroplastica è generalmente ben tollerata. Grazie all’anestesia locale con sedazione, durante l’intervento non si avverte alcun dolore. Nei giorni successivi è normale riscontrare gonfiore, lividi e una lieve sensazione di tensione nella zona trattata, facilmente gestibili con i farmaci indicati dalla Dott.ssa Murone. La maggior parte delle pazienti descrive il recupero come sorprendentemente confortevole.

Quanto dura il recupero post-operatorio?

Nelle prime 48-72 ore è consigliato riposo, con impacchi freddi per ridurre il gonfiore. I lividi tendono a riassorbirsi entro 10-15 giorni. La maggior parte delle pazienti torna alle attività quotidiane entro una settimana e al lavoro entro 10 giorni. Si raccomanda di evitare sport e sforzi fisici per almeno 3-4 settimane. I punti vengono rimossi in studio dopo circa 5-7 giorni.

Quanto durano i risultati?

I risultati della blefaroplastica sono duraturi nel tempo — generalmente da 8 a 15 anni, a seconda della genetica e dello stile di vita della paziente. L’intervento non blocca il naturale processo di invecchiamento, ma gli effetti rimangono visibili e apprezzabili a lungo. In molti casi, una blefaroplastica eseguita correttamente è un intervento che si fa una volta sola nella vita.
